1.	What are your office hours?
	Our office is open from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 8am to noon. Doctor's hours are by appointment.

2.	Can I drop my pet off and pick her up after work?
	Yes, we are here for your convenience! This a service we provide for our existing clients.

3.	Do you take credit cards?
	Yes. We take MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

4.	Can I make payments?
	Payment is required at the time services are rendered.

5.	How many doctors are in your practice?
	Our facility, Spring Creek Animal Hospital, houses 2 veterinary practices: Linda Oliva, DVM, PA and Stan Zbylot, D.V.M., P.A. By sharing this beautiful hospital, Dr. Oliva, Dr. Campbell and Dr. Zbylot are able to provide state-of-the-art veterinary care for over 65 hours each week at very competitive prices!

6.	Do you see dogs and cats with emergencies?
	Yes, during regular office hours. After hours we refer our emergencies to the 249 Animal Emergency Clinic.

7.	Do you do ear trims?
	No. We refer this procedure to Brittmore Animal Hospital in Houston, 713.468.8253.
