Veterinarian's Oath

Being admitted to the profession of veterinary medicine, I solemnly swear to use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the protection of animal health, the relief of animal suffering, the conservation of animal resources, the promotion of public health, and the advancement of medical knowledge.

I will practice my profession conscientiously, with dignity, and in keeping with the principles of veterinary medical ethics.

I accept as a lifelong obligation the continual improvement of my professional knowledge and competence.

 


Dr. Linda Oliva is a graduate of Texas A&M University, and has practiced veterinary medicine in northwest Houston for 22 years.  Her special interests lie in critical care and soft tissue surgery.  Active in the community, she's a member of the Rotary Club of Tomball, Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce, and she's been a faculty member at Tomball College, where she taught Veterinary Technology and Biology. 

For 17 years, Dr. Oliva was also an on-site veterinarian for Ringling Bros., Barnum & Bailey Circus.  Dr. Oliva has also been the radio talkshow host for PetWise on CNN-650.  She and her family reside in Tomball with their menagerie' of animals.


Dr. David Campbell graduated from Texas A&M University in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in Zoology and in 2000 with a degree in Veterinary Medicine.  He has been practicing veterinary medicine in the Northwest Houston area for 7 years.  His veterinary interests include emergency and critical care, soft tissue surgery, and exotics.  In his off time Dr. Campbell enjoys travel, hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities.  He currently resides south of College Station with his dog, Chance, and his small ark of other animals (2 cats, 2 box turtles, 2 parrots, and a ball python named Jake).

Judy Black, R.V.T., originally from Dagnall, England, graduated from Bath College with a certifcate in Education.  She then lived for a number of years in Central America where she studied Clinical Psychology and Spanish.  In 1993, Judy received her degree in Veterinary Technology from Tomball College.  She has worked in a variety of high-caliber practices, and her emphasis has been on emergency and critical care.  She and her husband, John, live on a ranchette in Tomball with their cat, "Grub", and Judy's horse, "Pumpkin".


Wayland Webb was born in Ft. Worth, Texas, and has been a Veterinary Technician for 10 years.  His real love is canine behavioral modification, and Wayland has been professionally training dogs for over 13 years.  Our clients benefit from Wayland's private home lessons.  He and his wife, Carmen, live in Houston with their dog, Reno.  Besides dog training, Wayland has a passion for weight-lifting. 


 

 

 

 

Carrie Bolt, R.V.T. graduated from Tomball College in 1993 with a degree in Veterinary Technology.  She's worked in private practice, however, since 1989, including Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists (Internal Medicine, Nuclear Medicine and Oncology). Carrie brings a world of expertise to our practice including detailed dental cleanings/prophylaxis. 

She is a Spring/Tomball native and currently lives here with her husband, two children, and several beloved pets.  When she's not working you'll find Carrie helping with childrens' sporting activities.
